This is the 2nd flavor that I have tried whilst trying to wean myself off 48 years of smoking. Smooth, mellow and really takes the urge to go roll a ciggie, away. Started on the 48mg, smooth as silk.

When I first decided I was going to quit stinky sticks, I actively avoided anything that was tobacco flavoured because I didn’t want anything that resembled a cigarette. Unfortunately sometimes I still really wanted to have a cigarette. I bought this so that it could replicate some kind of tobacco flavour. It definitely does that and scratches that itch without me looking for ciggies.
Unlike poor Monty, this hasn’t given me any abdominal issues. Maybe something else caused his malaise, maybe he drank it???
Anyways, I’m happy with it and use it when I have a weak moment and am tempted to have a cigarette.
