Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Please ensure that you are permitted to import nicotine products into your country of residence based on the regulatory requirements of your country. If you’re located in New Zealand, shipping is free on all orders, and your parcel will typically arrive within 1-2 working days.

You must be 18 or older to order from us in New Zealand. For international customers, please ensure you are of legal age to purchase vaping products in your own country. We reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any orders.

We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard.

There is no maximum order size. All international orders are subject to the import regulations and duties of the destination country or the recipient's country of residence with regards to how much nicotine may be ordered.

We've created a world-class e-liquid production facility, including a custom-built ISO-7 certified clean room, allowing us to safely and reliably mix, pick, pack, and ship all your favourite eliquids.

Our ISO-7 certified clean room utilises the highest HEPA filter class, H14, which filters 99.995% of particles in a laminar flow configuration. Access to the clean room is restricted via a pressurised airlock, all entries and exits are monitored and logged, and we follow a set of strict safety and hygiene rules to ensure that every bottle we produce is of the highest quality possible. We know you expect nothing less.

1. Keep in a Cool, Dark Place
Temperature: Store at a stable temperature between 4°C and 20°C (39°F and 68°F). Avoid exposure to heat or direct sunlight, as this can degrade nicotine.
Humidity: Keep away from high humidity to prevent contamination.

2. Use Airtight Containers
Store nicotine products in sealed, airtight containers to minimize exposure to oxygen and prevent oxidation.

3. Avoid Freezing Nicotine
While refrigeration is acceptable for long-term storage, avoid freezing as it can cause condensation when thawed, which might dilute or contaminate the product.

4. Store Away from Food, Beverages, and Chemicals
Keep nicotine products separate from consumables and cleaning chemicals to avoid accidental contamination.

5. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets
Always store nicotine products in a secure, high, or locked location to prevent accidental ingestion or exposure.

The New Zealand Government has recently amended the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990 to reduce youth vaping. One major outcome of these changes is a full ban on disposable vapes, which comes into effect on 17 June 2025.

Under the new rules, any device that cannot be refilled or recharged will be prohibited. However, pod-based or refillable systems (where you can swap out cartridges or top up with fresh e-liquid) are still allowed. There are also stricter regulations covering advertising, how products are displayed in-store and online, and increased penalties for selling to minors. Promotions, discounts, and rewards programmes face additional limitations as well.

If you rely on single-use disposables, be prepared to switch to a compliant, refillable or rechargeable pod system before the ban takes effect.
