We offer free shipping for all New Zealand customers, including rural areas,
South Island, and North Island.

Your order is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days. This does not include
delays which can include public holidays.

In New Zealand, all nicotine products require a signature from someone 18 years
or older. If your ID is declined, the parcel will be returned.

If your order is placed on a Friday you may experience delayed tracking updates.

Our Warehouse is open Monday - Thursday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped
