Sometimes you'll receive a bad batch

When it is up to standard, it tastes great. Strong flavour without a chemical aftertaste, but recently spent $75 on it and got a colourless, flavourless batch that support told me there was nothing wrong with. Wasted my money, won't be buying in bulk anymore just to be safe
